Our olive oil is made from Koroneiki olives, which are very rich in antioxidants, and is typically harvested while the olive is green, ensuring a fresh and fruity flavor to the olive oil. It is Extra Virgin Olive using the first “cold pressed” or “cold extraction” method which preserves all the beneficial qualities of the olive oil.


Heat can destroy the delicate flavors and aromas of olive oil during processing. Many producers use heat as it permits them to extract more olive oil from each olive, but with the cold extraction method, no heat or chemicals are used to extract the oil from the olives. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pure olive oil, without industrial processing.
